Back in 2005, Zandile Blay( at the time, a fashion intern at Vibe) alerted me to a set of 18 year-old twins from Harlem that were creating a buzz in the the streets with these belts that were made out out Nintendo controllers. She was so excited that we had her interview them. Fast forward a few years and the twins have designed accessories for Marc Jacobs and their pieces are now considered art.
