Now that America is in an economic slump, I’ve been hearing a lot about being realistic. Like someone said to me yesterday “I can’t do this, I don’t have the money maybe I should be realistic.” If we wait on realistic we’ll never accomplish anything. We’d all be sitting around waiting somebody to make things real for us. Don’t let the news, the recession, or the recessionist stop you from getting to your goals.
“Getting realistic” sounds like its own anti-thesis to me because in reality, the greats never wait for things to get “good”; they take the “bad” and the “decent” and transform it into something better. Realistically we will all be gone tomorrow so let’s appreciate life, family and our loved ones first. We need not worry so much about what’s on the 10 oclock news and what’s happening everywhere else. Once it is realized that in our life time things are going to happen. Then we will flow with life and not against it. It will be like riding a cool wave. I’m starting to witness it now!
