While visiting Kronk Boxing Gym in Detroit, we came across the wisdom of Old School- A 60 something year old boxer. He was the loudest and most energetic fighter in the Gym. Then the cameras came on and he kicked it into high gear, giving  us some game, and even made up a word along the way. Watch the video…

All jokes aside, “there’s no one is in this fight but you,” is such a beautiful summary of life. In boxing, as in life, you are your own worst enemy. In life the obstacles you face and the opponents that place them there,  are only as powerful  as we make them. Its our choice. lets choose to kick ass!
